Every FYVFY product is backed by our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. FYVFY will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. FYVFY reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy. We process exchanges identically to returns
For products purchased on fyvfy.com, original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account.
To return or exchange an item, please pack it in its original condition.
How do I return or exchange my order?
- Ship all product in original condition in the original box. If you have the shipping box, place the shoe box in the shipping box (or similar).

- When you return an item, the product receipt to which the return relates must be included with your return/exchange.
- Without these details, we won’t be able to take the action you desire.
